To view the most recent Help File for TMSforms, click Help Update. then print out the web page. You will also find additional help if you are having trouble running the program using Windows XP TMS Forms 4.0 Download and install the new OER, OER Support Forms, and NCOER (dtd. March 2006) for new 32 bit Version of TMS Forms 4.0 ONLY (check your CD's face to determine the version number) NOTE: If you have the old 16 bit version of the software, TMS Forms found on The Military CD (3.x or 2.x), click here for special limited time offer to upgrade to the new 32 bit 4.0 version of TMS Forms. The download below will not work with versions 3.x and 2.x To download and install the New OER, OER Support forms, and the new NCOER (dtd March 2006) for TMS Forms version 4.0 click update1 and download the file, update1.ext into folder of your choice, normally your windows temp folder (c:\windows\temp). Click on your windows Start button, select Run, and type c:\windows\temp\update1.exe or (the path to where you downloaded the file ...\update1.exe) to and click OK, select Unzip. This will extract the file to the TMSFORMS folder on your C drive. The old versions of TMS Forms (3.x and 2.x) will not read this update
for 4.0 above.
Material Condition Status Report (Oct 89): If you would like to install this form to your version of TMS Forms, click materiel and download the file, materiel.ext into folder of your choice, normally your windows temp folder (c:\windows\temp). Click on your windows Start button, select Run, and type c:\windows\temp\materiel.exe or (the path to where you downloaded the file ...\materiel.exe) click OK, select Unzip. This will extract the file to the tmsforms folder on your C drive. Currently, this form will not be listed when you select the main menu. Open TMSforms, select any form, then click File, Open, and select the file materiel.tbk from the list of files in the window to your left. The new NCO Counseling Checklist/Record (DA Form 2166-8-1) is not contained in the program, TMSforms. It is not a requirement that this form be typed. In fact, most people pin in the data. We do have it available for download as an Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed to read and print out this form. If you don’t have the Adobe Acrobat reader and would like to download and install it, please go to http://cgim.adobe.com/acrobat/reader15/download.cgi and download and install this program. Once you have installed the Adobe Acrobat reader, click DA Form A2166_81
to download the self-extracting file A2166_81.exe
(size 76K) into folder of your choice, normally
your windows temp folder (c:\windows\temp). Click on your windows
Start button, select Run, and type c:\windows\temp\A2166_81.exe click OK,
select Unzip. This will extract the Adobe Acrobat file 2166_81.pdf
into your tmsforms folder. Open Adobe Acrobat and click File | Open | then
browse to c:\tmsforms and open the file A2166_81.pdf, print the file out
and print in the appropriate information.
We no longer provide updates for the old 16bit versions of TMSForms 3.x and 2.x (check your CD's face to determine the version you have). NOTE: For a limited time only, we are providing an upgrade to the new 32 bit version of TMS Forms 4.0 for all those who have the older versions (3.x and 2.x) of the software for $7.00 (CD sells for $39.95) Plus $3.00 P&H. Once you have received the new version (4.0) of The Military CD, you can install the new versions of TMS Forms 4.0 then return to this web page and download the new OER, OER Support Forms, and NCOER. To remove all older versions of TMS Fomrs:
If you are using Windows 98+, simply right mouse click on the Tmsforms
entry and select Remove.
